Our Mission

At Hope Paws Support Fund, we help dog owners cover unexpected medical bills, provide rescue organizations with the funding to save and transport dogs in need, and connect dogs with loving homes through a trusted network. Together, we ensure every dog gets a second chance at a healthy, happy life.

Who We Are

Hope Paws Support Fund helps dogs in crisis by funding emergency vet care, rescue pulls from high-risk shelters, and safe transport to loving homes. We are 100% volunteer-led. Every dollar goes directly to dogs.
Every day, dogs face life-or-death situations. Families confront overwhelming veterinary bills. Rescue organizations struggle due to limited funding. Shelters remain overcrowded. Too many dogs never get the second chance they deserve. Hope Paws Support Fund exists to close that gap. Founded by Natalia Boiko in 2026, our mission is personal. When Natalia's own dog, Ariel, needed urgent veterinary care, she saw firsthand how heartbreaking it is when families cannot access critical treatment. The fear of losing her dog – not to illness, but to a bill – never left her. Already active in the rescue community through the Facebook group Dogs Matter: Rescue Adopt Foster Share, Natalia built a network of rescuers, fosters, and animal lovers. She saw how pledges make the difference: dogs with committed funds get rescued, while others are left behind. She realized a safety net was missing. So she built one. How You Can Help: We are still early in our journey. Donations come slowly because people don't know us yet. But every share, every dollar, every volunteer brings us closer to saving more dogs.
