As a non-profit organization, Phase Two of Life was founded with the mission of keeping at-risk youth away from gangs, crime, and prison. The organization recognizes the challenges and struggles that come with growing up in environments where these negative influences are prevalent. Many of the founders and members have personal experiences with gangs, crime, and incarceration, giving them a unique perspective on the issues faced by at-risk youth. Phase Two of Life believes that providing adult guidance, mentorship, and education is key to steering young people away from the dangers of gang involvement. By sharing real-world experiences and stories, the organization aims to illustrate the heartache and loss associated with the gang lifestyle, encouraging youth to make positive choices for their future. In addition to mentorship and guidance, Phase Two of Life emphasizes the importance of real-world education. The organization provides resources and support to help youth develop skills in areas such as financial literacy and trade education. By empowering young people with the tools they need to succeed, Phase Two of Life aims to instill pride and confidence, setting them on a path towards a brighter future.
