Russian Riverkeeper has three major programs to achieve our mission to protect the health of the Russian River for our community. The goal of all the programs is to inspire the community to act to protect the Russian River whether that means volunteering for a cleanup or restoration project, writing a letter on a pending issue before decision-makers or becoming informed about how everyday activities that can harm the rivers health. Our major programs are Advocate, Educate and Celebrate.

The Network serves its members by providing educational programming, enhancing their awareness of the realities of the business, developing access and opportunity through alliances with industry professionals, and furthering the cause and quality of writing in the entertainment industry. We bring in entertainment professionals to speak and teach on the art, craft and business of script writing for TV, features and new media. Whether you are a filmmaker, a screenwriter, a television scriptwriter or involved in screenwriting for non-traditional media, we help take your writing to the next level. Our membership is as varied as our guest speaker list, which includes Movie Screenwriters, Showrunners, Executive Producers, Directors, Television Writers, Video Game

Morrison Child and Family Services

Morrison Child and Family Services is one of Oregon’s largest and longest-running children’s mental health agencies, serving approximately 6,000 children and families each year. Since its inception in 1947, Morrison has grown to include over 20 programs, spanning across ten locations in the Tri-county area. The core mission for all programs at Morrison is to serve and support children and their families, specifically those with trauma-related needs, as well as helping at-risk youth develop skills to live a safe and productive life. Morrison serves children from birth through age 18 through our day treatment, outpatient, residential, prevention/intervention, educational and shelter programs. Our programs create treatment plans and goals tailored to fit each child’s specific needs and provide integrated, supportive services for their families as well.
