Ezer Mizion's goal is to provide paramedical and social services for the ill, the elderly and disabled populations and for all people in crisis. Initiated in 1979 with 8 volunteers, Ezer Mizion now annually serves over 650,000 people in Israel. Meals on Wheels are provided to families whose member is seriously ill. the elderly, the disabled are transported regularly for doctor's visits and treatment. State of the art equipment is loaned to the speech impaired and mobility or respiratory challenged. Special education programs are designed to provide loving encouragement for the child and respite for the stressed family. Oranit, Israel's Guest Home for Children with Cancer and Their Families, allows the family to reside near treatment centers during chemotherapy and provides professional therapy designed to ease the emotional stress of both child, siblings and parents. Ezer Mizion's International Bone Marrow Registry for cancer patients, the largest Jewish registry in the world, has saved the lives of over 2500 patients around the globe.

NPH USA transforms the lives of orphaned, abandoned and disadvantaged children in Latin America and the Caribbean by supporting the homes, healthcare and educational programs of Nuestros Pequeños Hermanos (NPH, Spanish for "Our Little Brothers and Sisters"). Together, we create families for life and teach children the values of unconditional love, shared responsibility and helping others. Our donors help children overcome poverty and become leaders in their own communities. Since its founding in 1954, NPH has assisted more than 20,000 children and is currently raising more than 3,400 boys and girls in Bolivia, the Dominican Republic, El Salvador, Guatemala, Haiti, Honduras, Mexico, Nicaragua and Peru. An additional 1,600 students who live outside the homes receive scholarships, meals and health care. NPH outreach programs provided over 95,000 services in 2014.

Through various programs and ministries YLI has developed a system of calling youth, young adults, and the adults who care about them into ever deepening Christian discipleship and mission. Current programs and ministries include: Motown Mission Experience - mission destination calling youth into relationship with Detroiters for God's transformative work. Motor City Wesley - college student ministry based in Detroit's downtown campuses in partnership with covenant congregations. Foundry House - a hospitality house for visiting interns, volunteers, and longer term missional communities.
