Children Awaiting Parents (CAP) is a national nonprofit organization that recruits adoptive families for children in foster care. CAP has helped bring together more than 6,000 children and families over the last 43 years.

BYRDS FOSTER GROUP HOME INC

Byrd's Foster Group Home, Inc. is a non-profit foster group home for emotionally/mentally challenged boys and girls ages 10-17. The home is licensed through the Texas Department of Family and Protective Services and is also Title IV-E approved. Byrd's also contracts with the Texas Juvenile Justice Department and Immigration and Customs Enforcement to provide services for the children in need of behavioral modification and housing.
