Green Cities Fund was founded in 2005 by husband and wife Tom Miller and Tran Tuong Nhu to provide "start up" assistance to small humanitarian projects. It is tax exempt under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code and a registered California public benefit corporation. FEIN 20-3911647 Tom's law firm pays all overhead costs, so 100% of all contributions are dedicated to project support.

Since 1900, the Brigade has provided a community center for youth to develop leadership skills, explore new ideas, foster relationships with peers and adult mentors, and challenge themselves to achieve their goals and dreams. In addition to our Brigade program offered from October-April in Neenah, Wisconsin, we also host camps at Onaway Island, a six-acre island located on the beautiful Chain O'Lakes in Waupaca, Wisconsin.
