By revitalizing neglected properties that diminish neighborhood value and safety, we will create job opportunities for the youth growing up in these area and transfer the wealth onto recipients of pubic assistance benefits by selling back these refurbished homes to public assistance recipients. The value of a voucher is no less valuable than actual currency. Through this process, a transfer of wealth will occur. The EDGE program was created to provide schools and youth organizations a way to teach the basics of disc golf. EDGE provides a path to teach disc golf at a reasonable price by providing curriculum, equipment, and supply packages for all school levels. We cannot do this alone.
