Ripple Effect 22 is a faith-based, youth-centered mentoring program, providing career focused, project-based mentorship that bridges the gap between uncertainty and discovering their God-given purpose. Ripple Effect 22 does this work through hands-on projects, workshops, education counseling, and skills training, while promoting parental and guardian involvement. These programs will encourage youth and young adults to be the catalyst of change and growth in their communities.
