Texas PACE Authority
The Texas PACE Authority was founded as a nonprofit organization in 2015 with the express goal of streamlining the implementation of PACE-funded clean energy projects in Texas using the “PACE in a Box” model. The statute authorizing PACE in Texas (SB 385) was passed by the Texas Legislature in 2013 and The Texas PACE Authority is now expanding to counties and municipalities across Texas.
